Resilience

复原力研究关注个体或系统面对扰动时，抵抗、恢复或成功适应的能力。心理、认知与生理研究中的定义并不完全相同。

理解一段时间内的表现

在老年人身体健康研究中，复原力涉及面对健康扰动时抵抗功能下降或从中恢复。定义与测量仍在发展。[1]

始终说明情境

老年人在健康事件之后的研究发现，不能自动定义运动员或员工的复原力。运动恢复研究同样强调个体与所面对的要求。[1][2]

观察表现，而非评价品格

本项目不会用复原力评价一个人的意志品质。在讨论个体或系统如何回应之前，先说明扰动、功能与观察时间。

理解复原力需要说明：面对什么扰动，观察什么功能，在多长时间内？
