本项目用「负荷」统称生活对身体与心理提出的要求。运动、认知任务与环境变化有不同的测量方式，不能简单相加成一个医学分数。

先看生活提出了什么要求

训练、费力的任务和被打乱的作息带来不同的要求。本项目用「负荷」作为连接这些情境的统称；它不是一个已有统一测量的指标。

情境改变了问题

运动恢复框架会把训练与其他生活要求一起考虑；预测性调节则提供了理解资源如何应对预期需求的另一个角度。[1][2]

这个词不能直接告诉我们什么

这些要求的单位与时间尺度不同。几天忙碌的生活不能直接相加成临床分数。先说明具体要求、持续时间，以及想了解的功能。

负荷本身不一定有害。强度、持续时间与个体情境都值得一起考虑。
